SIGNAL NETWORK BUILD ETH BETTER

At this time we really do the ability to make the currency bigger.
one of the things we do is attract and work together with experts in the field of crypto currency.
Yes it is true that this is an expert that we invite to support and develop all capabilities in the construction of SIGNAL NETWORK project.
We are pleased to introduce you to our team advisor, Philip Staehelin. Read on to learn about Philip's background, his relationship with the Signals and his thoughts on crypto space today and tomorrow.

Tell us a bit about your background.
Started, I got an MBA from INSEAD. I have been wearing many hats in my career, but I have a core of entrepreneurship that has brought me on a global journey through corporate, consulting and startup environments. In the corporate scope, I am the CEO of an alternative $ 500 million payment company, as well as the Managing Partner of Roland Berger, a top global consulting firm. I have held executive roles in T-Mobile, AT Kearney and Accenture. I am also a serial entrepreneur, and I have established or co-founded a number of companies. Recently, I have set up Blocknify, which focuses on Blockchain-based document-safe tagging, and Spectacler, which revolutionized vision care for developing countries through my patented eyewear design.

I am very involved in the startup community as a partner of the longest startup accelerator of CEE, StartupYard, and I also serve as a mentor in the accelerator from Baltic to Balkan. Finally, I sit on a number of councils for both companies and NGOs, such as Transparency International, and I serve as advisor for a number of startups.

2. What is at the core of your current job and interest?

I'm involved in a variety of activities, and my simple goal is to make an impact in everything I do. I like helping companies achieve their full potential; However, I was only involved when I bought a company vision to change the world. With young companies, it could mean helping professional teams to execute their vision, or perhaps helping them realize new value propositions that can dramatically accelerate their growth. I'm definitely not a passive player when I get involved with a company - what's the point?

3. How did you first interact with the team and / or the Signal platform?

I've known the Founders of Signal Founders for several years, when they came through StartupYard as a young entrepreneur with a great concept. The original idea did not work, but I was very impressed by the talented team - I even hired one of Pavels into the company I co-founded. So of course, I've watched them, and I'm glad to see them moving into the crypto room.

4. What makes Signal stand out in the crypto industry?

Unlike most crypto startups, Signal wants to help build the infrastructure underlying the world of cryptocurrency. They focus on the heartbeat of the crypto ecosystem - the actual purchase and sale of cryptocurrency. By providing tools for traders to be successful, they bring in more traders, and thus create more market liquidity. More liquidity consequently lowers spreads, reduces transaction costs over time, and generally helps the crypto exchange market to be more professional, which is certainly needed to ensure the future of crypto.

5. What do you think is the main strength of the Signal?

Signals incorporate a number of very complex trading tools and make them available in a powerful and easy-to-use platform. In the world of equity and bonds, companies like Goldman Sachs have an unfair advantage over every individual trader (or even a smaller investment firm), because they have a smart employee army that creates an exclusive market convergence algorithm. But in the cryptocurrency space, the rules are still written. Signals are way ahead of the game, and they use state-of-the-art technology combined with more classic elements to create powerful platforms that allow cryptocurrency traders to find their own unfair advantage. Then, the traders can share their strategies, creating further opportunities for value creation in the process. I like it.

6. Where do you see the future of crypto in a few years from now?

The market is still in its infancy, and five years is a very long time in the crypto space. Some experts suggest the world of crypto today is where the internet was in 1994, and the comparison works if you think about how much future potential can bring blockchain and crypto space. However, comparisons no longer work when you think of the timeline of future changes, and in many ways, this is more important.

In today's world, change is accelerating. We may all have seen the technology uptake curve (showing how long the technology is to reach the "first 100M users"), and the carrying rate is the adoption rate (or rate of change) dramatically increased for each new user. technology. As such, our terms of reference will look very, very different from what we recall from the "old internet day".

Back to the question, I see investors focusing more on their money into crypto currency, as the cryptocurrency begins to replace the more traditional investment vehicles as provided by VC and private equity firms. The phenomenon of ICO has been felt (and quite dramatically, actually) in the VC world. An unlimited startup to seek investment from a small group of local investors who have "all power" in the relationship because of their relative scarcity. Instead, startups that launch ICO make money from around the world - both from big and small investors.

ICO has completely democratized startup investments, and the VC company feels the heat. By extrapolating this trend, I am sure we will see more cannibalization of existing investment banking business, which will change the face of the investment world on a large scale, even within the next five years. Of course, we may start to see some rules (which can be a good thing if done right), but the cryptocurrency genie comes out of the bottle and the market is set to grow exponentially over the next few years.

This is our plan. our intention is to improve the price of Ether cryptocurrency in the eyes of the international world. and we are confident that many will support us in building ETHER for the better.
